Auto Headlight Shop ships replacement lighting from specialist warehouses in the United States. Headlight and tail light housings are bulky — they travel in oversized boxes, not envelopes.

Processing time

In-stock orders leave the supplier in 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scan posts. Weekend and holiday orders queue for the next business day.

Transit

Ground transit inside the contiguous U.S. is usually 3–7 additional business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. boxes may cost extra or be unavailable for oversized lamps — contact us before ordering if that applies.

Free shipping

Lighting orders of $199 and up ship free to the lower 48. Smaller orders include a flat $14.95 handling/shipping charge at checkout. Dimensional weight on some sequential LED sets is already baked into the product price.

Damage in transit

Inspect the box before you sign. Photograph crushed corners, broken lenses, and the packing label, then email support@autoheadlightshop.com within 48 hours. Do not install a damaged lamp — we cannot take it back after it has been on the vehicle.

Fitment

Shipping a pair that does not fit because the halogen/LED style was wrong is not a carrier issue. Read the fitment notes, then see the refund policy.
